Jeff A. Ziegler

Jeff A. Ziegler, age 51, resident of Perry Ohio passed away, February 28, 2012 at the State House in Columbus. He was born on October 26, 1960 in Willoughby to Gertrude (Lass) and Leonard Ziegler. He was a graduate of Eastlake North High School. Jeff worked as a government advocate consultant. As head of the SGI Ministries, he was an accomplished motivational speaker who spoke at churches and colleges around the country. As a political advocate and author, his recent book was accepted into the Library of Congress. Jeff is survived by his wife, Beth (Rupert) Ziegler of Perry; 3 children, Hannah, Andrew and Jeb; 3 step-children, Joe, Jared and Chessa; 5 grandchildren, Parker, Cooper, Sutton, Kendall and Rylynn; father, Len Ziegler and wife Lee; and brother-in-christ, Gary Humble. He was preceded in death by his mother, Gerry Ziegler. Friends will be received from 5-8 pm, Friday, March 2, 2012 at the Behm Family Funeral Home, 26 River Street, Madison, Ohio and 10-11am on Saturday March 3, at Crossroads Church, 6685 Middle Ridge Rd. Madison, Ohio 44057. A Funeral Service will be held at 11:00 am Saturday at Crossroads Church. The Rev. Chester Rupert will officiate assisted by Pastor Kelly Irish and Pastor Michael Haury. In Lieu of flowers contributions may be made to the family.
