Jean Evelyn Andrews

Jean Evelyn Andrews, age 89 of Thompson, passed away Saturday, April 10, 2021 at the David Simpson Hospice House in Euclid. Born April 22, 1931 in Thompson she was the daughter of the late Fannie Laverne (Hazen) & Howard Benjamin Andrews. A 1949 Graduate from Ledgemont High School, Jean worked for Chardon Rubber Co. for 30 years as office clerk. She enjoyed being a 4-H advisor for the Broken Bit Horse Club. For most of her life she enjoyed riding and showing saddle horses. She loved being outdoors and on the farm. She is survived by her brother, Howard Hazen (Jenny) Andrews of Thompson. She was preceded in death by her parents Graveside Service will be at 11:00 am on Thursday, April 15, 2021 at Maple Grove Cemetery in Thompson. Pastor Dennis Laferty, of Thompson United Methodist Church, will officiate.
