Jean C. Karolyi

Jean C.Karolyi Age 89, of Perry, Ohi, passed away Tuesday, August 26, 2008 University Hospitals of Cleveland in Cleveland, OH. She was born August 26, 1919 in Painesville, Ohio to Gertrude (Baker) & George C. Colmorgen and married William Karolyi in Kentucky on June 28, 1941. She was a homemaker and graduate of Perry High School. She graduated and later taught at the Painesville Business College. She worked as a customer service rep for Sears in Painesville and also worked and retired from the State of Ohio Bureau of Unemployment. She was a bookkeeper for her husband?s business ?Holly Gardens?. She loved traveling and bird watching. Most of all she loved spending time with her family and cooking the traditional Sunday dinner. She is survived by Son, Thomas A. Karolyi, of Perry; Daughters, Betty Booth of Bear Lake, Pennsylvania, Sally (Dave) Isacco of Chardon and Linda (William) Barrett of Perry; 8 Grandchildren and 15 Great Grandchildren. She was preceded in death by Husband, William Karolyi, in 2003 Son, William Karolyi In 2001 Daughter, Marcia Karolyi in 1981 Friends will be received 7-9 Friday, August 29, 2008 at The Behm Family Funeral Home, 26 River Street, Madison, OHIO Funeral Service will be 11:00am Saturday, August 30 at the funeral home The Rev. Michael Cole of First Baptist Church of Perry will be officiating.
