Janet Hanzak

Janet Hanzak, Age 72, of Madison, Ohio, passed away Friday, May 4, 2012 at home. Born March 3, 1940 in Mentor, OH to Mary Kuhar & Frank Urbas; she married Pat Hanzak on September 26, 1959 in Willoughby. Janet worked for 30 years at Hubbell Industries in Madison, and also worked at ICD Federal Credit Union. She was a member of the VFW 8548 Ladies Auxiliary, serving as its treasurer for many years. She loved to crochet and enjoyed baking. She was a strong, loving woman and was the catalyst of her family. She is survived by Husband Pat Hanzak of Madison Sons Thomas (Bonnie) Hanzak of Madison Raymond (Mickie) Hanzak, Sr. of Madison James (Natalie) Hanzak of Madison Grandchildren Tyler, Ashleigh (John) Gluvna, Raymond Jr., Garrett, Destiny, Macenna, Adrianna, Melody, Faith Great-Grandchildren Mason & John Edward Gluvna IV Brothers & Sisters Margaret, Mary Ann, Joanne, Rose, John, Tony, Ray, Jim She was preceded in death by her Parents; Brothers, Don & Frank Friends will be received 6-8 PM, Monday, May 7, 2012, at The Behm Family Funeral Home, 26 River Street, Madison, Ohio.
