Janet Eileen Minix

Janet Eileen (Clark) Minix passed away January 26, 2022 at home with her daughter and son by her side. She was born December 9, 1939. Janet met the love of her life at the Short North in Columbus Ohio.  Jim saw her tight sweater and pencil skirt and fell in love. They were married on June 30, 1957 and were a true testament to true love and friendship and celebrated 59 years together. Everyone who met them realized what true love was. After 5 years of anniversaries apart, Janet has gone to join Jim again and to continue celebrating their life together. Janet is survived by three sons, Tim (Lynn) Minix; Jimmy (Amber) Minix; Carl Minix; 1 daughter, Carla (Scott) Shatto; many grandchildren; great-grandchildren; nieces and nephews and friends. She was preceded in death by her loving husband James Lloyd Minix; 1 son, Eugene James Minix, daughter, Susan Doreen Farthing; her parents and one brother and one sister.
