Jane E. Lazok-Sibell

Jane E. Lazok-Sibell, age 79 of Harpersfield Township, passed away Sunday, September 20, 2026 at Rae-Ann Geneva Skilled Nursing. She was born April 21, 1947 in Cleveland, the daughter of Mildred (Hribal) and Alton G. Lazok. She married Roger A. Sibell in Solon on May 25, 1990.

Janie grew up in Moreland Hills, Ohio and has been a resident of Harpersfield since 2001, moving from Twinsburg. As a member of the Harpersfield Ruritans she was active in helping with the annual clambake and calendar. Janie was passionate about her beloved pets and rescued numerous greyhounds and other dogs and cats.

Janie is survived by her furry best friend, Izzy. She was preceded in death by her husband, Roger; her parents, Alton and Mildred, many of her beloved dogs and cats.

Private services will be observed. Burial will take place in Crown Hill Cemetery in Twinsburg.
