James Pauley

James Pauley Jr., age 81, of Madison, passed away December 11, 2021, at Ahuja Medical Center. He was born November 12, 1940 in Montgomery, WV, the son of James and Virginia (Bosher) Pauley. He married Ruth Monk on October 14, 1961 in Elkview, WV.
James worked in the maintenance department at 3M in Mentor for many years. He enjoyed golfing and camping with his family. He loved his family dearly and especially enjoyed time with his grandchildren. He was also a passionate member of Cornerstone Friends Church.
He is survived by his wife, Ruth Pauley; children, Sonja (Jim) Trisket, Brenda Lampman, Cheryl (Dave) Hooper; daughter-in-law Theresa Pauley; 12 grandchildren; 26 great-grandchildren; sister, Janet Miller. He was preceded in death by his parents; son, James F. Pauley; brothers, John and Donald Gleason and Jerry Pauley.
Friends will be received 2-4 pm Tuesday, December 21, 2021 at Cornerstone Friends Church, 2300 Hubbard Road in Madison. Funeral Service will be held at 4 pm with Pastor Mark Shearer of Here’s Hope Baptist Church officiating. A Luncheon will be held at the church following the service. Behm Family Funeral Home is assisting the family at this time.

I worked at 3M with Jim for many years. What a happy smiling man whenever I saw him. Will always cherish our time spent at 3M. GOD BLESS
