James Walter "Leroy" Andy" AndersonAge 85 Resident of Perry, Ohio since his marriage to Ruth Averill on February 14, 1953 Passed away Tuesday, November 27, 2012 at home. Born August 18, 1927 in Grassflat, PA, to Mary (Anderson) & Arnold Anderson Andy served in the U.S. Navy during World War II and was passionate about his recent Honor Flight experience. Andy worked as a First Mate for the Boland Cornelius Steamship Company in Buffalo. He worked as a Storeroom Supervisor at Lubrizol in Wickliffe for 32 years, retiring in 1989. He was a 50 year member of the Painesville Masonic Lodge. During the 1970's and 1980's Andy served as a Lake County Fair Board Director. He enjoyed traveling and meeting friends at Perry Park and the Perry Family Restaurant. But most of all, Andy was a devoted husband, father, and grandfather, with unlimited love for his family. Friends will be received 5-8 PM, Friday, November 30, 2012, at The Behm Family Funeral Home, 26 River Street, Madison, Ohio. Funeral Service will be 11:00 AM, Saturday, December 1, 2012, at Perry United Methodist Church, 3875 Main Street, Perry, Ohio. Final Resting Place will be at Perry Cemetery.
