Irene Brychcin

BRYCHCIN, IRENE age 63 of Wilkinsburg, passed away on Sunday, November 14, 2010. Born June 2, 1947 in Cleveland to Irene (Vimr) & Jerry Brychcin, she is survived by many beloved cousins. Irene received her Doctorate Musical Arts from The University of Michigan. She was a free-lance clarinetist in Pittsburgh and was a member of the Professional Core of the Mendelssohn Choir of Pittsburgh. She performed with the Cleveland Orchestra Chorus, the Blossom Festival Chorus in Cleveland and the Chorus of the Cleveland Ballet. She enjoyed her travels to Europe and had a deep appreciation for her Czech heritage. Friends will be received 2-4 pm and 6-8 pm, Thursday, November 18, 2010, at The Behm Family Funeral Homes & Crematory, 26 River Street, Madison, Ohio with a funeral service following at 8:00 pm. Final resting place will be Highland Park Cemetery in Cleveland.
