Greg Rogers

Greg Rogers, age 57, of Madison, OH, passed away Tuesday, October 29, 2013 at Tri-Point Medical Center in Concord Township. He was born September 26, 1956 in Mt. Laurel, NJ to Dorothy "Dot" (Carney) and Carter "Charlie" Rogers. He married Susan (Estok) December 29, 1990 in Cuyahoga Falls. Greg owned and operated a small landscaping business after previously having been a machine operator. Greg liked to read and had an insatiable love following politics. He enjoyed the outdoors and spending peaceful time, working or playing in nature. He is survived by his wife, Susan Rogers; son, Joseph Rogers; parents, Charlie and Dot Rogers; sisters, Georganne (Dave) Herchenroeder, Karen (Keith) Walker, Christine Young, Meghan (Ed) Unutoa; brothers, Chuck Rogers, John Rogers, Ken (Maryjo) Rogers; many loved nieces, nephews, great nieces and great nephews. A Catholic Memorial Mass will be held 11 a.m. Tuesday, November 5th at Immaculate Conception Catholic Church, 2846 Hubbard Rd., Madison, OH 44057. Rev. Sean Donnelly will be officiating. Greg's Final Resting Place will be All Saints Cemetery, where the family will hold a private graveside service at a later date. In lieu of flowers, the family requests contributions be made in Greg's name to Immaculate Conception Catholic Church, 2846 Hubbard Rd., Madison, OH 44057.
