Gloria L. Wargelin, Age: 87, of Madison, passed away Tuesday, August 05, 2008. She was born July 5, 1921 in Cleveland, Ohio to Jennie (Petterson) and Gerald Volante. Worked at Gerak?s Madison Food Market for 28 years and also as a Real Estate Agent. Past President of the American Legion Auxiliary Unit #601 and member of the Madison Fire Dept. Women?s Auxiliary. Avid Cleveland Indians and Cavs fan. She was known for her kind heart, her love for her family and strong faith in God. Survived by daughters, Sharon (Dennis) Dwyer of Thompson; Diane (Wayne) George of Titusville, Pennsylvania and Janet (David) Zepeda of Thompson; Son, John (Anne) Wargelin of Chesterland; 11 Grandchildren; 11 Great-Grandchildren; 3 Sisters, Bernice (Donald) Marquis, Virginia (Norman) Tuuri, and Viola (Ralph) Skinner all of Madison. Preceded in death by Former Husband, Elmer Wargelin; Daughter, Gloria Jeanne Wargelin; Grandson, Michael Dwyer; Brothers, Thomas, Gerald, and Richard Volante Friends will be received 2-4:00 p.m. and 7-9:00, Friday, August 8, 2008 at The Behm Family Funeral Homes & Crematory, 26 River Street, Madison, Ohio. Funeral Service will be 10:00 a.m., Saturday, August 9, 2008, at the funeral home. Officiating will be Rev. David Brown of Central Congregational Church. Final Resting Place will be in Fairview Cemetery, Madison. Contributions may be made to Hospice of the Western Reserve, 300 East 185th Street, Cleveland, OH 44119.
