Gladia G. Swiger

Gladia G. (Kuhn) Swiger, Age 68, of Perry, OH, passed away on Sunday, November 20, 2011. Born October 31, 1943 in Amma, WV. Married to Bernard Swiger in 1960. Gladia was very talented with her crafts including woodworking, pottery, construction, and furniture restoration. She also loved landscaping and working outdoors. Survived by son, Richard (Terry) Swiger of W. VA; Randy (Cathy) Swiger of Jefferson; Grandchildren;, Melissa (Jason) Marshall of N. Carolina, Randi (Shawn) Williams of Geneva, Cody (Jessica) Swiger of Akron, Christian Swiger of W. VA; Great-grandson, Logan Willliams; Siblings, Billy Kuhn, Alton Kuhn, Madia Kline, and Connie Mangine. Preceded in death by her husband; parents Hobart and Maggie Kuhn; siblings Ted Kuhn and Peggy Slater. Friends will be received: from 5-8:00 pm on Tuesday, November 22, at The Behm Family Funeral Home & Crematory, 26 River St, Madison, OH 44057. Funeral Service will be at 11:00 am Wednesday, November 23, 2011 at First Baptist Church, 3918 Main St, Perry, OH 44081 with Rev. Michael Cole officiating. Funeral Service Final Resting Place will be at Riverside Cemetery in Painesville.
