Geraldine Deel, age 70, of Madison, Ohio passed away Tuesday, November 8, 2016 at UH Geauga Medical Center. She was born April 9, 1946 in Cleveland to David and Delma (Clark) Norris. She married Jerry Lynn Deel in McVille, Pennsylvania on August 27, 1966.
Geraldine was a clerical worker as well as bank teller. She loved her children and loved her weekend visits with the grandchildren. She especially enjoyed working the polls during elections because she could see many friends and neighbors not usually seen daily.
She is survived by her spouse of 50 years, Jerry; children, Paul Deel, Jeff Deel, Brian (Jennifer) Deel; grandchildren, Evan and Hannah; many loved brothers, sisters, nieces, and nephews. She was preceded in death by her parents.
Friends will be received 5 8 p.m., Friday, November 11, 2016 at The Behm Family Funeral Home, 175 South Broadway, Geneva, Ohio.

Enjoyed working with Geri for many years at Convenient. She was a caring, kind woman and she will be missed. Mr. Deel, I am so sorry for you and the boys.
