George W. "Bill" Ebbert

George W. "Bill" Ebbert, age 63, recently returned resident of Madison, Ohio, and formerly of Las Vegas, Nevada, passed away Wednesday, May 23, 2007, at his home in Madison, Ohio. Born June 13, 1943, in Meadville, Pennsylvania, to Alice (Voorhies) & George W. Ebbert Sr., he married Linda (Bowes) in Meadville, Pennsylvania, on April 6, 1963. Bill was employed as a Meat Cutter at Thompson Center Market and Madison IGA. He was retired from Smith?s Food King in Las Vegas, NV. Bill enjoyed driving his racecar, golf and sports in general, and he especially enjoyed spending time with his family. He is survived by his wife Linda Ebbert of Madison, sons Alan Ebbert of Madison, Leslie (Richelle) Ebbert of Madison, daughters Terri (Brian) Blystone of Madison, Missie (Cecil) Kirk of Harpersfield, grandchildren Brian Blystone Jr., Taylor Blystone, Samantha Kirk, Gabrielle Kirk, his mother Alice Ebbert of Meadville, Pennsylvania, brother Brian Keith Ebbert of Hartstown, Pennsylvania, sisters Elwilda Bell of Cochranton, Pennsylvania, Rita Rendulic of Conneaut Lake, Pennsylvania, and Delores Brady of Taylor, South Carolina. He was preceded in death by his father, George W. Ebbert Sr. Friends will be received 2-4 and 7-8:30, Sunday, May 27, at The Behm Family Funeral Homes & Crematory, 26 River Street, Madison, Ohio. Funeral Service will be 8:30 p.m., Sunday, May 27, at the Behm Family Funeral Homes, 26 River Street, Madison, Ohio. Rev. Steven Fisher of Trinity Lutheran Church will be officiating.
