George Charles Olson

George Charles Olson, Sr., age 86, of Perry, passed away Tuesday, August 3, 2021 at home, surrounded by his loving family. He was born April 11, 1935 in Van Voorhis, PA, the son of William and Mary (Lucosh) Olson. George served his country in the United States Army as a military police officer. He was an Electrical Maintenance Technician by trade. Loving father of Randall "Randy" Olson, George "Chuck" (Wedonna) Olson, Jr.; Teresa (Al) Rito; loving step-father of Yvonne (Gary) Devincent, Margo (Jim) Hannah and Debra (Gene) Lewis; 11 grandchildren; 15 great-grandchildren; and 2 on the way. He was also brother to Steve Olson and Ilene Stillwell. He was preceded in death by his parents and brothers, Ted and Bill Olson. Friends and family will be received 5-8 pm Friday, August 13, 2021 at Behm Family Funeral Hme, 26 River Street in Madison. Service will be 1 pm Saturday, August 14, 2021 at the funeral home with a 1 hour visitation prior to the service. Final resting Place will be Perry Cemetery.
