Fred L. Hein

Fred L. Hein, 65, of Madison, Ohio, passed away Friday, July 15, 2011 at Metro Health Medical Center in Cleveland.
He was born Oct. 26, 1945 in Cleveland, to Mary (Jones) and Fred Andrew Hein.
Fred married Dolores Kosin on June 10, 1967 in Richmond Heights.
He was a 1963 graduate of Wickliffe High School.
He served in the U.S. Army during Vietnam, stationed in Asmara Ethiopia.
He was a member of St. Patrick's Catholic Church in Thompson. He loved fishing and spending time with his wife, Dolores out on the boat and an occasional trip to the casino.
Fred worked for several years in quality control at Hubbell Industries in Madison. He then worked with his brother at CHR Industries in Geneva.
He is survived by his wife, Dolores Hein of Madison; daughter, Mary Edmonds of Madison; sister-in-law, Carol Hein of Roaming Shores; brother-in-law, John Kosin; and several nieces and nephews.
He is preceded in death by his parents and brother, Bernard Hein.
Mass of Christian Burial will be at 11 a.m. Tuesday July 19, 2011 at St. Patrick's Catholic Church, 16550 Rock Creek Road, Thompson, OH 44086. Final resting place will be at Fairview Cemetery in Madison.
Friends will be received from 5 to 8 p.m. Monday, July 18, 2011 at the Behm Family Funeral Home & Crematory, 26 River Street, Madison, OH 44057.
