Frank J. Kline, age 76 of Chardon, passed away Wednesday, May 24, 2023. He was born January 14, 1947 in Twin Rocks, PA the son of the late Frank and Dorothy (Anstead) Kline. Frank entered the Military following graduation from Chardon High School. He was proud of his service to our Country serving in the US Army during Vietnam as part of the Military Police from 1966 to 1968. If Frank knew you, he loved you and there was nothing he wouldn’t do for those he loved. He loved God and was a wonderful Dad and amazing brother. His Granddaughter, Haleie, was the light of his life and he truly cherished every moment with her. He is survived by his daughter, Amanda (Dan) Perry; granddaughters Haleie Ward, Tessa Kline, and Tracey Allender; grandsons, Gino and Brandin Salim; sisters, Dorothy Uncapher and Patricia Ann Kuhn; sister-in-law, Linda Kline; nephews, John Kline, Ron Kapis, Kevin (Michelle) Kline; nieces, Melanie Kline, Kimberly Dowdle and Christine Stivers; great nephews, Travis, Matthew, Nathan and Jeffrey Kline; great nieces, Autumn Kline and Kelly Kapis. He was preceded in death by his wife, Mary Elizabeth Kline; his parents, John and Dorothy; son, Randall Scott Kline; daughter, Carolyn Ann Tepley; brothers, Bill and Jim Kline. Friends will be received from 4:00 to 7:00pm on Wednesday, May 31, 2023 at the Behm Family Funeral Home, 26 River St., Madison. A Funeral Service will take place at the funeral home at 11:00am on Thursday, June 1, 2023. A Graveside Committal Service will immediately follow at Montville Cemetery with Military Honors.   2. To Mandy and the Kline family. So many fun memories of Frank & Betty from our days in the Vietnam Veterans Chapter. They were always there to help out with various events. Such a tragic ending in losing both of them within days of each other. Just know that God has wrapped his arms around both of them.

  3. So sad to hear of Franks passing within days of his Betty. We have fond memories of them with Mandy,Carol,lil and George. He was truly a gentle giant and will leave a hole in many of his friends lives. Rest in peace and God bless their remaining family members.
