I had Mr Ashton in high school. He was a kind man and I really enjoyed his classes. I still have art related hobbies today.
Mr. Ashton was a great man! I will always remember his great wit, sense of humor and generosity. ❤️ He was quite the teaser but I always knew it was in good fun and he would be there for his family, friends and community. He will be missed but his legacy lives on in the many people he touched.
I’m lucky to have known him and to have one of his paintings in my home🌈
A friend, a mentor in many ways–May God grant his soul peace. Dottie, you and the children have my sincere sympathy. What a wonderful family!
Sending our love. Frank was truly committed to his family, his art, and his community.
My deepest condolences to his family and to all the ones who loved him.
My deepest sympathies for his family and friends 🙏💕🙏🕊🌹he was my favorite teacher at Madison back in the late 80s. Inspired me to do my best always and was always so nice. Thank you Mr Ashton for everything! You will be missed by many! God bless!
I’m so sorry for your loss, please accept my condolence to you and your family. Remember Dottie – if you need a cup of coffee or tea or just want to talk I’m just down the street.
Dear Ashton Family, God’s Blessings and condolences to you for the loss of Frank. Jacques always spoke highly and kindly of his father-in-law. Please know that your friends at MITRE are thinking of the Ashton family in this difficult time.
Peace be with you.
May the memories of your father give you peace and comfort. Sending our love to you all at this time of deep sorrow.
Mr A was as awesome a teacher as there ever was. I was fortunate enough to have Mr A as my art teacher in 1990 and 91 and he transformed my life. He kept me focused on Art and out of trouble. I wouldn’t be where I am today without Mr A. Thank you for all that you’ve done in this world and all the beauty you have created. I’m sure you’ll find something to paint in heaven.
Rip Mr. Ashton condolences to Mrs. Ashton and family. Hugss to Maria.
I am so sorry to hear about his loss. Frank was both my dad and my art teacher in high school. He’s the reason I’m still an artist to this day.
