Frank Andrew Deckelman, age 89, of Madison, passed away Saturday, September 4, 2021 at UH Geauga Medical Center. He was born November 18, 1931 in Parma Heights the son of Lucille (Redey) and Andrew Deckelman. He married Nelma Joy Gibson in Madison, Ohio on June 25, 1966.
Frank owned and operated, Deckelman Glass for many years. Always looking for a good flea market find he had a passion for collecting cars and could often be found at the local Cruise-ins.
He is survived by his wife of 55 years, Nelma; daughters, Debra Crissey, Victoria Waltman, Penny Ellis, Jeniffer (George) Baker; 9 grandchildren; 7 great-grandchildren,and 1 great-great granddaughter; sisters, Doris Hudyka, Kay Rebenock. He was preceded in death by his parents; daughter, Jeanette Deckelman; son-in-law, Richard Crissey; great-grandson, Alex Martin; brother, Robert Deckelman; sister Marie Holnapy.
Friends will be received from 5:00 to 8:00 pm on Thursday, September 9, 2021 at the Behm Family Funeral Home, 26 River St., Madison. Funeral Service will be at 11:00 am on Friday, September 10, 2021 at the funeral home. Final Resting Place will be Fairview Cemetery in Madison Village.
