Frances J. Morgan (nee Gallagher), 99 years old of Madison, passed away Wednesday, November 16, 2022 at Enclave of Newell Creek. She was born December 25, 1922 in Cleveland, the daughter of Frank A. and Stella (Code) Gallagher. She married Robert H. Morgan in Willoughby on May 2, 1942. Frances grew up on 2nd Street in Willoughby, OH where her family had lived since 1850. She worked as a Purchasing Agent at Tri-Con, Inc. and Office Manager of Robert H. Morgan Contracting. She was a member of Immaculate Conception Church for 20 years, a member of the Madison Historical Society, and she loved history, family genealogy, music, and was a fan of NASCAR. She is survived by her children, Denise (Pierre) Michaud, Stephanie (David) Dangerfield, Robert A. (Faye) Morgan, Kevin (Lori) Morgan; grandchildren, Faye-Marie (Andrew), Amy (Bryan), Lisa (Steven), Adam (Mara), Patrick (Zandria), Daniel (Kelli), Jennifer (Marc), Justin (Jennifer), Shannon (Jason), Rachael (Steven); Michael (Mikala); and a host of great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her high school sweetheart and husband of 58 years, Robert H. Morgan; and her parents. Friends will be received 10 am to 11:30 am Tuesday, November 22, 2022 at the Behm Family Funeral Home, 26 River St., Madison.   2. I had the pleasure of working with Frances at the Madison Historical Society. She was a valued volunteer and friend. A lot of spunk, rolled up in a small package. We will miss her.
