Memories Timeline

Guestbook

  1. I’m saddened to learn of Faye’s passing. I first knew her as an outstanding teacher, took pride in asking her to be Madison’s curriculum director, and thoroughly enjoyed getting to know her as the incredible person she was. Faye blended passion for teaching with practical thinking and common sense. My condolences to her family and friends who will all miss her yet can take solace in their memories of her. RIP Faye

  2. Our condolences and love to you all. Faye was a wonderful woman who made such an impact—some of my favorite memories were driving to school with her in 4th grade, when she would kindly drop me off so I wouldn’t have a longer ride on the bus. Her humor and love are so very missed.

  3. I’m so sorry for your loss. After more than 50 years of fun and friendship Faye’s passing is a great loss to all. I have so many memories. How she dragged me to the Euclid pool to swim, playing racquetball, trying to teach me to drive stick, our silly belly dancing class and of course always a listening ear and a shoulder to lean on. She is loved and missed. Love and prayers.

  4. My sincerest condolences. She was my teacher in elementary school and made me enjoy learning. I clearly remember her breaking into song and dance in front of the chalkboard because we were not paying attention. I’ll never forget her smile.

  5. Faye’s presence always filled a room with warmth and laughter!! Hugs and peace to Doug and his family.

    Regards,
    Lynne Giddings Dowling
