Eugene R. Spivak

Eugene R. Spivak Sr. age 68 a resident of Madison, Ohio, passed away April 24th at his home. Born in Painesville, Ohio on December 15, 1938 to Helen (Solomon) & John Frank Spivak. Married Ethel (Wayner) on November 22, 1958 in Painesville. Retired from CEI after 40 years of service. Also employed at Western Reserve Hardware in Madison and most recently Kmart of Madison. Mr. Spivak was a 4th Degree member of Knights of Columbus #5286 Madison/Geneva. He was a conservationist. He enjoyed fishing, camping & being outdoors. He is survived by his Daughter Tammy Kidder of Mentor; 4 Sons Eugene Spivak Jr of Gray Court, SC, Jonathan (Kathleen) Spivak of Mentor, David (Paula) Spivak of Painesville Township & Daniel Spivak of Madison; 7 Grandchildren & 2 Great Grandchildren; Brother Mike (Ida) Spivak & Sister Betty (Steve) Branek He was preceded in death by his Wife, Ethel Spivak, in 2005; his Parents Helen (Solomon) & John Frank Spivak and Brothers, John & Bill Spivak. A Mass of Christian Burial will be 11:00 am, Friday, April 27th Immaculate Conception Church, 2846 Hubbard Road, Madison, Ohio 44057. Final Resting Place will be at North Madison Cemetery The Behm Family Funeral Homes & Crematory of Madison, Ohio are handling the arrangements.
