Ellen W. Corona

Ellen W. (Jewart) Corona, age 95, of Madison, passed away Wednesday, January 3, 2024 at David Simpson Hospice House. She was born July 25, 1928 in Cresson, PA, the daughter of Orie and Margaret (Wilson) Jewart. She married Orlando Corona in 1947 in Cressen, PA. Ellen enjoyed traveling with her husband and took great pride in taking care of her family.  She also loved tending to her garden and her flowers. She is survived by her daughter, Denise (Daniel) Thirion; son, Dennis (Pauline) Corona; grandsons, Brian and Kevin; great-grand children, Danica and Landen. She was preceded in death by her husband, Orlando; her parents; 3 sisters; 2 brothers. Friends will be received 4:00 to 7:00pm on Monday, January 8, 2024, at the Behm Family Funeral Home, 26 River St., Madison.
