Edward Prochaska, Age 74 of Concord Township, Ohio, passed away Wednesday, May 30, 2012 Rae-Ann Geneva in Geneva, Ohio. Married Carole Eppich on September 1, 1962 in Willowick, OH He worked for over 37 years for Ohio Bell, retiring in 1992 Was a graduate of Benedictine High School. He loved golfing with his family and spending time with his wife traveling to Myrtle Beach. He is survived by Wife Carole Prochaska of Concord Township, OH Sons Jim Prochaska of Rock Creek, OH Mike (Kimmy) Prochaska of Madison GrandchildrenHeather, Jimmy, Joey, Matthew & Sarah He was preceded in death by his Parents, Margaret & Edward Prochaska Friends will be received 2-4 PM, Sunday, June 3, 2012 at The Behm Family Funeral Homes, 175 S. Broadway, Geneva, Ohio. Funeral Service will follow at 4 PM.
