Earl G. Stocker, age 92, lifelong Resident of Thompson, Ohio, died peacefully Thursday, June 7, 2012 at home surrounded by his family in prayer, song and laughter. Earl was born July 16, 1919 in Thompson to Mary (Rose) & Anthony Stocker. He married Barbara Bisig in Thompson, Ohio on November 29, 1950. Earl was a Thompson Township Trustee for 33 years and was President of the Trustee's Assoc. He was also a Thompson school bus driver for 32 years. He was former Owner of Stocker's on the Park restaurant. He loved his family, worked throughout his entire life as a dairy farmer and had a passion for horses as a trainer and exhibitor. Cynthia (Robert) McElhatten of Brandon, FL Mimi Miller of Geneva Michael (Annette) Stocker of Madison 27 Grandchildren, Carly, Damon, Frances, Timothy, Garrett, Ryan, Jessica, Patrick, Mariah, Courtland, Olivia, Michael, Steven, Philip, Courtney, Robby, Vincenzo, Antonio, Jordyn, Jenna, Anna, Kellen, Meagan, Nicole, Edward, Sabrina, Maria 11 Great-Grandchildren with one on the way Many nieces & nephews He was preceded in death by his parents & siblings, George Stocker, Katherine Stocker, Clara Papp, Joseph Stocker, Irene Sipos, Edward Stocker, Rosemary Stocker, & Robert Stocker. Friends will be received 4-7 PM Sunday, June 10, 2012 at The Behm Family Funeral Homes & Crematory, 26 River Street, Madison, Ohio. Mass of Christian Burial will be 10:00 am Monday, June 11, 2012 at St. Patrick Catholic Church, 16550 Rock Creek Road, Thompson, Ohio.
