Drema Fay Finley, age 55, of Madison passed away peacefully at home surrounded by her family, on July 1, 2016. She was born June 30, 1961 in Cleveland to Laura Josephine (Thompson) Jones and Harold Wayne Kilgore. Born in Cleveland and raised in TN, Drema was a true southern belle. She was an honorary member of Victory Lane Assembly of God. Drema worked in customer service at the Madison Wal-Mart for 10 years. She loved baking and being with her grandchildren...and sometimes her children. Drema enjoyed fishing, being barefoot and the outdoors. You could recognize Drema from her smile and her laugh - unless you made her mad, then she would stare you down. She was a fighter. Drema is survived by her daughter, Amanda (Jacob Denning) Lanning; son, Charles Finley; grandchildren, Deven, Jacob, Cayden, Waylon; sisters, Sheila (Michael) Elliot, Jennifer (Jason) Craighead; her father, Harold Wayne (Ruby) Kilgore brother, Wayne (Carolyn) Kilgore and her sister from another mister, Twila (Dave) McFarland. She was preceded in death by her husband, Charles Eugene Finley; and her mother, Laura Josephine Jones; and niece Adrinna Burr. Friends will be received Tuesday, July 5, 2016 from 4-8 PM at the BEHM FAMILY FUNERAL HOME, 26 River Street, Madison, OH 44057. A Funeral Service will be held at 11 a.m., Wednesday, July 6, 2016 at the funeral home. Pastor David Bill of Victory Lane Assembly of God in Mentor will officiate. Final Resting Place will be with the love of her life Chuck at Alexander Harper Cemetery in Unionville. Friends may leave condolences online at www.behmfuneral.com

  5. so sorry for your lost Drema was one of a kind. I always called her my southern bell she was loved by so many. She gave it her all to get better but god had other plans for her. I will see her again someday I am sure of that

I always considered myself blessed for having the honor of calling your Mom friend. Her insight & observations of people always cracked me up.I have found myself repeating some of the things she would say. I am so lucky to have worked with your Mom all those years as a Baker for Giant Eagle. It's with heartbreaking sadness to have to say goodbye, but I know there will be a day we all will get the chance to see her again. Love you Drema, you have gained your wings.
