Donna M. Walker

Donna M. Walker, age 89 of Madison, passed away on Thursday, February 8, 2024 at Cardinal Woods Skilled Nursing Facility. Born May 8, 1934 in  Johnstown, Pennsylvania she was the daughter of Dorothy A. (Nees) & Norman H. Eager. She married Robert S. Walker, Sr. in Painesville, Ohio on November 6, 1954. Donna worked as a Teacher at Redbird Elementary School in Madison, retiring in September, 1999. She was the most gentle and kind person anyone could have ever known. She is survived by her daughters, Barbara G. Walker and Robin M. (Tim) DeMay; granddaughter, Angela M. Niehaus; grandson, Patrick DeMay; great grandchildren, Mia, Ella, and Harrison; brother, Norman L.  (Linda) Eager. She was preceded in death by her parents; husband, Robert Walker, Sr.; son, Robert S. Walker, Jr.; sisters, Lois Welch, Patricia Bailey, and Beverly Hietanen. A Memorial Service for Donna will be announced this summer. Burial will take place next to her husband at Madison Memorial Cemetery.
