Donna M. Ball Madison - Donna Madalyn Ball, 86, of Madison, Ohio passed away, Saturday, June 25, 2016 at the Lantern of Madison. She was born January 30, 1930 in East Waterford, Pennsylvania the daughter of the late Mack and Marie (Hampton) Eaton. She has been a resident of Madison since 1972, relocating from Lewistown, Pennsylvania. Donna is survived by her children, Rob (Shelby) of Cleveland, Karen Winton of Madison and Betsy Ball of Westlake; three granddaughters, Emily (Joe) Bias, Brenna (Adam) Blazek and Gwendolyn (Owen) Burd; three great-granddaughters, Lily and Felicity Bias, and Chloe Blazek; and brother, Richard (Joyce) Eaton of Port Royal, PA. She was preceded in death by her husband, Frank in 2001; brother, Carl Eaton; sister, Thelma Switzer; and her parents. Calling hours will be held from 10- 11 AM, Saturday, July 2, 2016, followed by a Private Funeral service at 11:00 am., at the Behm Family Funeral Home, 26 River St., Madison, with Rev. William Alvey officiating. Burial will follow at Madison Memorial Cemetery.
