Donna "Joann" Crouse

Donna "Joann" Crouse, age 83, of Madison, Ohio passed away Monday, November 12, 2018 at Geneva Shores Assisted Living. She was born June 12, 1935, in Simpson, WV, the daughter of Harry and Lizzie (Webb) Davis. She married Jack Crouse on September 19, 1953. Donna was a member of the New Day Christian Church in Madison. She was known for her spotless home. She loved her children, grandchildren and especially her dogs. She is survived by daughters, Pamala Ensell, Terri (Cory) Flensburg, Cynthia (Brian) Sullivan; grandchildren, Tracy, Jason and Josh Ensell, Brittany and Callie Flensburg, Eric Repinski, Sabrina (Dave) Conner and Brian James Sullivan; and 4 great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by husband, Jack Leonard Crouse, Sr.; son, Jack Leonard Crouse, Jr. in 2016; parents; brothers, Harry, Tom, Bob and Jack; Sisters, Nellie, Betty, Billie and Beatty. Friends will be received Friday, November 16, 2018 from 1 - 2 PM at the Behm Family Funeral Home, 26 River Street, Madison, OH. A service will follow visitation at 2:00 p.m. in the funeral home.
