I am very sorry to hear about the passing of Donald Lucas. As a former close shipmate on the USS WINDHAM BAY (TCVE-92) I have been trying to contact him for several years. I have several pictures I took of our time on the ship that I would be glad to share with his family. He was a wonderful, good friend and I'm sorry to have missed him.
