Donald E. Price

Donald E. Price, age 70 of Perry, passed away at his home on Saturday, June 20, 2015. The son of the late Carl and Inez (Mills) Price he was born on November 2, 1944 in Shinnston, WV. He married Karen Brewster on March 25, 1977 Don worked as a Maintenance Supervisor for Lubrizol for 34 years and retired in 2000. He loved the outdoors and the times spent hunting with his Brother Dave in West Virginia. A talented musician he started playing with the Imperial's when he was younger and more recently with the Broken String Band when he played lead guitar and vocals. Golfing was one of his favorite past times and he enjoyed playing with the Old Duffers and the Monday Night Pepperidge League. He is survived by his loving wife Karen; son Kevin (Stacy) Price of Grand Blanc, MI; daughters: Sharon (Robert) Goins of South Lyon, MI, Shannon (Aaron) Dearborn of Cincinnati, and Tana (Rob) Ford of Perry; grandchildren: Brendon, Ian, Collin, Amelia, Caden, Ella, Russell, and Finnley; sisters: Virginia Rice of Buckhannon, WV, and Shirley McCarthy of Kingwood, WV; brother: David Price of Morgantown, WV Friends will be received from 5:00 to 8:00pm on Tuesday, June 23, 2015 at the Behm Family Funeral Home, 26 River Street in Madison. A Graveside Memorial Service will be held at 11:00am on Wednesday, June 24th at Perry Cemetery on Center Street in Perry.
