Dolores Buchanan

Dolores Buchanan, age 89, of Madison, passed away Monday, March 11, 2024 at UH Geneva Medical Center surrounded by her children. She was born March 21, 1934 in Uniontown, PA, the daughter of John and Margaret (Baran) Wilcosky. Dolores worked as a pharmacy retail clerk before enjoying her retirement during her golden years. She enjoyed gardening, decorating for all holidays, and spending time with her children, grandchildren and great grandchildren. She is survived by her daughters, Diane Palermo, Debra (Robert deceased) Daniels; Dolores Cline, and Donna (Jeff) Knapp; sons, Richard (Connie) Buchanan, Donald Buchanan; sister, Florence Hoffman; grandchildren, Rick (Angie), Joseph (Kristen) Nicholas (Emily), Michael, Mark, Patrick (Naomi), Trisha, Matthew (Elaine) and Kaylee; great-grandchildren, Grace, Joey, Elizabeth, Nora, Brodie, Lola, Amelia, Patrick III, Fox, Alexa, Konnor, Ella, and Hudson. She was preceded in death by her son, James (In infancy); parents; siblings, Steve, Frank, William, Charles, Tom, Albert, John, and Robert Wilcosky; and Helen Kraffa. Friends will be received from 11AM-12Noon, Tuesday, March 19^th at the Behm Family Funeral Home, 26 River St., Madison. A Funeral Service will be held at 12Noon.
