Della Grace Black

Della 'Dolly' Black age 66, a resident of Thompson, Ohio passed away Friday, March 2, 2007, at the Cleveland Clinic. Born September 7, 1940, in, Canton, Ohio to Ann I. (Collins) & Charles E. Sell Married Richard Black in September 1969. She was a graduate of Ellet Senior High School in Akron. She was instrumental in the construction of the Thompson-Ledgemont Track and Field. She was a huge Cleveland sports fan and was involved in Ledgemont Booster Club bingo. She was a member of Claridon Christian Fellowship Church in Chardon. She is survived by her Husband Richard Black of Thompson; Sons Richard (Darla) Black of Thompson; Todd (Kim) Black of Thompson; Mark (Renee) Moretz of Hampton, Mass; Daughters Rhonda Black of Madison; Laura Jeffers of Chardon; 11 Grandchildren; 4 Great Grandchildren; her Brother Ralph (Dolly) Day of New Castle, PA; Sisters Helen Mayle of Akron, Ohio; Mary (Burgess) Root of Thompson, Ohio; Paula Steingrebe of Oklahoma. She was preceded in death by her Son, Rodney and her parents, Ann and Charles Sell Friends will be received 2-4 and 6-8 pm Tuesday, March 6, 2007, at The Behm Family Funeral Homes & Crematory, 26 River Street, Madison, Ohio 44057 Funeral Service will be 11 am on Wednesday, March 7, 2007, at The Behm Family Funeral Homes & Crematory, 26 River Street, Madison, Ohio 44057 Rev. Dale Miller of Claridon Christian Fellowship Church will be officiating. Final Resting Place will be at Maple Grove Cemetery in Thompson.
