Delbert P Troy

Delbert P. Troy, age 61 of Geneva, passed away Friday, March 29, 2013 at UH Geneva Medical Center. Born July 11, 1951 in Waynesburg, PA to Dorothy E. (Tennant) & William Earl Troy. He was a member of the Unionville Church of Christ. Survived by his daughter, Jennifer (John Summers) Troy; grandchildren, Stone Michael Starcher, Serenity Hope Geneva Kincaid, Kala & Sheneese Summers; great-grandchildren, Emma, Ada'lynn & Brennan; mother, Dorothy E. Troy; brother, Vernon L. Troy. He was preceded in death by his father, William E. Troy and brother, Donald E. Troy. Private family services will be held at the convenience of the family. Arrangements are being handled by The Behm Family Funeral Homes, 175 S. Broadway, Geneva, OHIO 44041.
