Deborah Moissant

Deborah Moissant, age 69 of Madison passed away September 20, 2020 at David Simpson Hospice House. She was born October 20, 1950 in Youngstown, OH to Louis and Evaline (Waldron) Moissant. She was a member of Cornerstone Friends Church and worked for both Lake County and Ashtabula County Sheriff's Departments. Debbie never knew a stranger and would quickly become a friend who was just a phone call away. She cared deeply for people, was a great prayer warrior and served the elderly as well as the handicapped. If there was a need in her neighborhood, she would be the first one to help. She also loved animals and bred different dogs throughout her life and cared for animals of all types. Private Family Services will be observed.
