David W. Justus

David W. Justus, age 82, of Madison, OH passed away May 2, 2022 at UH Geauga Medical Center. He was born June 11, 1939 in Cleveland, OH the son of William and Gertrude (Austin) Justus. He married Margaret Milner on August 26, 1961. David served in the United States Army Air Force for 8 years. He then worked in sales for many years. He enjoyed woodworking, auto repair and rebuilding cars as well as watching horses at the 4-H horse shows and spending time with family. He is survived by his wife, Margaret; son, Christopher (Sherri) Justus; daughter, Jacqueline Justus; grandchildren, Michael Christopher (Rachael) Justus, Hannah Catherine (Cory) Justus; great grandchildren, Luke, Eliana, Tucker and Carter; sisters Connie Moore, Billie Jean Bessel and Leslie Lawrence. He was preceded in death by his parents; stepmother, Rita Smith; and brother, Donald. Friends will be received 6-8 pm Thursday, May 5, 2022 at the Behm Family Funeral Home, 26 River St., Madison. A graveside service will take place 11 am Friday, May 6, 2022 at Whitehaven Memorial Park 615 Som Center Rd, Mayfield, OH.
