David R. Allen, Age 82, Lakewood, Ohio, passed away Friday, June 1, 2012 Lakewood Senior Center Assisted Living in Lakewood, OH. Born May 22, 1930 in Erie, PA to Marion (Nason) & Heber Edward Allen. During his time in Madison he was involved with the Historical Society and Park United Methodist Church. He had a passion for history and even owned his own antique shop. He is survived by sonTrevor (Geraldine) Allen of Pawtucket, RI GrandchildrenAustin & Sheldon Sisters Mary Lou Lamb of Rocky River, OH Betty Heath of Rochester, NY Several Nieces & Nephews He was preceded in death by his Parents and Brother, Nason Allen Friends will be received 1-2 PM, Monday, June 11, 2012 at The Behm Family Funeral Home, 26 River Street, Madison, Ohio.
