Daniel L. Habat, age 37 of Mentor, passed away on Tuesday, June 1, 2021. Born October 28, 1983 in Cleveland, he was the son of Wayne and Mary Jo (Balash) Habat.
Dan was a graduate of Euclid High School and attended Lakeland College. A great bowler with a 279 average Dan loved camping and traveling. He truly enjoyed the time spent with his daughter, Kyleigh.
Dan is survived by his wife, Joann Salloukh; daughter, Kyleigh; parents, Wayne and Mary Jo; his siblings, Wayne J, Monica, Joanna Habat, and Karen (Brandon) Shank.
