Damon A. Paine, Age 87, of Conneaut, Ohio, passed away Monday, August 18, 2008 Villa At The Lake in Conneaut, OH. He was born September 29, 1920 in Jefferson to Martha (Goodell) & Arthur Paine and married Elone F. Nejbauer in Jefferson, Ohio on November 10, 1942. He was a Pipefitter/Welder, Local #120 for 28 years, retiring in 1983 Memberships and Affiliations: United States Army Veteran of World War II. Licensed Pilot-member of Experimental Aircraft Association Chapter #322. And was a member of the Geneva Radio Control Modelers. He also enjoyed fishing. He is survived by Son, Damon D. (Pamela) Paine of Dorset, Ohio; Grandson, Michael D. (Lori) Paine of Geneva, Ohio; 3 Great-Grandchildren 5 Great-Great-Grandchildren; Brother, Jim (Helen) Phillips of Maumee, Ohio He was preceded in death by Wife: Elone F. Paine; Parents,Martha & Arthur Paine; Sisters Laura McKay, Mildred Nejbauer & Julia Schmidt; Brothers, Russell Knight & Kenneth Phillips. Friends will be received 6-8:00 p.m., Thursday, August 21, 2008, at The Behm Family Funeral Homes & Crematory, 175 South Broadway, Geneva, Ohio. Memorial Service will be 11: 00 a.m., Friday, August 22, 2008, at the funeral home. Rev. James MacDonald of Saybrook United Methodist will be officiating. Final Resting Place will be at Mt.
