Dale T. Lehmann, 75, of Geneva died Tuesday, June 4, 2013 at University Hospital, Cleveland, Ohio from complications of heart and lung disease. His loving family was at his side. Dale was born April 12, 1938 to Paul A. and Martha (Neuman) Lehmann. He graduated from Geneva High School in 1956, attended electrician school in Chicago, served in the Army, and retired from Reliance Electric after 30 plus years.
Dale remained a bachelor, and is survived by his brother and sister-in-law, Paul and Janet Lehmann of Geneva; his niece and her husband, Joanne & Scott DeShetler, and their daughters Ashley and Hayley of Chardon; his niece and her husband, Diane and Lou Gruber, and their children Rachel, Cassie, and Jake of Geneva; and several cousins. He was preceded in death by his parents.
Dale enjoyed spending time with family, getting in his car and just driving through the countryside, gardening, fishing, reading every word in the newspaper, and following the stock market.
Calling hours will be 7-9 p.m., Wednesday June 12th at The Behm Family Funeral Home, 175 South Broadway, Geneva. Funeral service will be held at St. John's Lutheran Church, 811 South Broadway, Geneva, Ohio, Thursday, June 13th, at 11 a.m. with visitation one hour before the service. Pastor Jonathan C. Schroeder of St. John's Lutheran Church will officiate. Burial will be at Evergreen Cemetery on Eastwood Street, Geneva.
