Fobes Age 79 Resident of Geneva Passed away Saturday, January 17, 2009 At home Born November 30, 1929 in Andover, Ohio to Hannah (Asher) & Howard Fobes Married Xafrie Dodge in Madison on July 24, 1951 Occupation: Worked at Industrial Rayon for 22 years Memberships and Affiliations: 1948 Graduate of Geneva High School. Served in the U.S. Army during the Korean War. Enjoyed playing bingo, gardening, fixing things around the house and everything about cars. He is survived by Wife of 57 years, Xafrie Fobes of Geneva 2 sons Gerald (Josephine) Fobes of Jefferson Michael Fobes of North Carolina 2 Daughters Linda Tarnawski of New Hampshire Ronda (Keith) Holland of Raleigh, NC 5 Grandchildren Christopher, Faith, Leah, Chloe, Abbygail 4 Great Grandchildren 2 Brothers Clyde (Ann) Fobes of Naples, FL Benny (Janet) Fobes of Geneva Sister-in-Law Sally Fobes of Harpersfield He was preceded in death by his Parents; Brother, Glenn Fobes Friends will be received 6-8:00 pm, Wednesday, January 21, 2009 at The Behm Family Funeral Homes & Crematory, 175 S. Broadway, Geneva, Ohio. Funeral Service will be 10:00 am Thursday, January 22, 2009 at The Behm Family Funeral Homes & Crematory, 175 S. Broadway, Geneva, Ohio Pastor Don Hammer of Gateway Church will be officiating. Final Resting Place will be at Alexander Harper Cemetery in Unionville.
