Crystal L. Puhalsky

Crystal L. Puhalsky, age 38, of Madison, Ohio, passed away Thursday, January 13, 2011. Born October 4, 1972 in New Castle, PA, to Dorothy Faye (Cowger) & Edgar Palmer Cochran Crystal was a Machine Operator at Avery Dennison for 16 years. She went to school in Clintwood, VA prior to moving to Willoughby in 1988. Crystal was a 1990 graduate of Willoughby South High School and attended Theil College. She attended Peuther Chapel. She loved the beach and spending time with her family. Crystal cherished every moment spent with her daughter, Bailey. She is survived by daughter, Bailey Puhalsky of Madison; Mother, Dorothy Cochran of Willoughby; Brother Shane (Tammy) Cochran of Clintwood, VA; Sister, Cheryl Cochran of Willoughby; Nephews, Brody & Cade Cochran; Uncles,Nelson ?Barney? Cowger of Cleveland & Jerry Baumgardner of Willoughby; Aunt, Glenda Henderson of North Olmsted; Several Aunts, Great-Aunts, Uncles, Great-Uncles & Cousins She was preceded in death by her father. Friends will be received 2-5 pm, Sunday, January 16, 2011 at The Behm Family Funeral Homes & Crematory, 26 River Street, Madison, Ohio. Funeral Service will be 11:00 am, Monday, January 17, 2011 at the funeral home. Final Resting Place will be at North Madison Cemetery in Madison.
