Craig R. Smith

Craig R. Smith, 67, of Madison passed away Thursday, August 27, 2015. He is survived by his wife Lesly, their son, Corey, his children Bryon (Kristi), Alison (Mike), his first wife and friend Lynne, and sister Sue (Brad). He is also remembered by his three loving grand puppies Bentley, Zoe, and Luna. Craig graduated from Mentor High School in 1966. He enlisted in the Marines during the Vietnam War and proudly served his country. After his honorable discharge, he worked as a machinist at Swagelok for over 30 years. Craig was actively involved in Boy Scouting as a leader for both of his sons. He was a member of the Virago Owner's Club and was involved in many charitable causes. In his free time, he could be seen with his wife motorcycling across the country, kayaking, bicycling, and always enjoying life to the fullest. He was the nicest and most caring father, husband, and friend to all. Per his wishes, there will be no services; however, please support his favorite charities, Disabled American Veterans, P.O.
