Constance O. Kowatch

Constance O. Kowatch, age 94, of Rock Creek passed away Monday, September 15, 2014 at her home. She was born in Cleveland on August 14, 1920. She married Paul Kowatch on December 23, 1945. Constance was proud of her service to our country contributing to the war effort at home by working to manufacture artillery. A girl from the city, she learned to appreciate country life as she worked hard alongside her husband Paul to support her family. She was a past member of the Trumbull Ruritan Club and she enjoyed nature, gardening, and crafts. Her family was everything to her and she truly enjoyed time spent with them. She is survived by her son, Tyler B. (Sue) Kowatch; daughter, Conney (Neil) Gilbert and grandson, Nathan Kowatch. She was preceded in death by her husband, Paul Sr., son, Paul Kowatch, Jr and her sister Bernadine. Friends will be received from 10:00am to 12:00pm on Thursday, September 18, 2014 at THE BEHM FAMILY FUNERAL HOME, 175 S. Broadway, Geneva. A private graveside service with her family will be held later. Final resting place will be Trumbull Center Cemetery. Contributions may be made to the family.
