Connie Ann Torres

Connie Ann “Conaroo” Torres, age 62 passed away November 8, 2020. She was born May 3, 1958 in Euclid, OH, to John and Joan (Chapel) Byrnes. She later moved to Madison and graduated from Madison High School in 1976. She married Mitchell Torres in 1980 in a gazebo that her brother Ron built at her mom and dad’s home in Madison.
Connie was employed at Romans IV Restaurant for 30 plus years. She also worked at Perry Nuclear Power Plant. Conaroo suffered a stroke in 2014 and was bound to a walker after that. Despite this, she never missed a beat and lived life to its fullest. She was “One of a Kind” and was loved by all who knew her.
She was a sweet, loving, feisty wife to Mitchell; a devoted mother to Joshua and Jacob; and a cherished and devoted grandma to Arrianna and Sophia. She leaves behind her husband; son, Jacob; siblings, Ron, Don and Bonnie; and many beloved extended family.
She was preceded in death by her parents; son, Joshua; and siblings, Russ and Cindi. A special Thanks to Leslie Dressman for helping with her care.
Friends will be received 4-6 pm, Friday, November 13, 2020 at Behm Family Funeral Home, 26 River Street, Madison, Ohio with a service immediately following at 6 pm.
