Colleen Faye Slattman. Age 64. Resident of Madison, Ohio Passed away Sunday, July 29, 2012 at Hillcrest Hospital in Mayfield. Born September 7, 1947 in Cleveland. Colleen always put others before herself. She was a strong, selfless and caring person. She is survived by: Companion of seven years, Chuck 'Cz' Sisters; Connie (Chet) Westover, Alice (Dan) Flaherty, Sons; Michael Vollman, Mark Vollman, Brad Slattman, Grandchildren; Kristen, Jimmy, Brandon, Seth, and Fayelynn (on the way) Preceded in death by her mother, Elaine (Heath) Oros and brother, Jeff Suveges. Memorial Service will be 2:00 pm. Thursday, August 2, 2012 with visitation from 1 – 2:00 pm prior to the service at The Behm Family Funeral Home, 26 River St., Madison, Ohio.
