Clifton James Gilbert

Clifton 'Jimmy' Gilbert age 47, a resident of Jefferson passed away Friday, January 26, 2007 at his home. Born April 19, 1959 in Painesville, Ohio to Paul Leon Gilbert and Persis Anne (Frey). He married Wanda Smith on October 14, 1989 Worked as a Machinist for Alcoa in Cleveland Mr. Gilbert was a 1977 Graduate of Perry High School, He served in the United States Army and was an award winning photographer. He had a true love of nature and over time, developed a passion for shooting with a camera rather than shooting with a gun. He is survived by his Father John Thomas Hill of Perry; Brothers Richard Gilbert of Painesville; Thomas Hill of Chardon; Sisters Joanne (Brian) Jackson of Painesville; Bonnie (Ronald) Merrill of Perry; Nieces Cynthia Gilbert and Jacqueline Jackson; Great Nephew Cameron Fiorelli and Fiance Grace Richmond of Jefferson. He was preceded in death by his Mother Persis Anne (Gilbert) Hill; Father Paul Gilbert & Wife Wanda Gilbert. Friend s will be received 2 ? 4:00 pm and 7 ? 9:00 pm, Tuesday, January 30, 2007 at The Behm Family Funeral Home and Crematory, 26 River Street, Madison.
