Clarence Junior Talcott

Clarence "Junior" Talcott, age 67 and a lifelong resident of Geneva, passed away at his home on Wednesday, January 14, 2015. Born October 2, 1947 in Geneva he was the son of the late Clarence and Geraldine (Woodworth) Talcott. Junior was proud of his service to our country and was a member of the VFW Post 6846 where he was involved with the funeral honors team. With a fun loving personality, Junior loved spending time with his family and grandchildren. He also enjoyed the outdoors, hunting and woodworking. He is survived by his 3 daughters: Grace (Greg) Wimbs of Geneva, Cindy Griffin of Geneva, and Tara (Jason) Taylor of Nesbit, Mississippi; grandchildren: Gretchen Wimbs, Olivia Talcott, Julianne Griffin, Morgan May, and Rylee Taylor; great grandchildren: Aubrianna and Aiden; his longtime companion Ruth Mote of Geneva and his beloved dog Cleo. He is preceded in death by his parents Geraldine Nagy and Clarence Talcott; grandson Noah Wimbs; and sister Geraldine Gaul. Friends will be received from 3-5pm on Sunday, January 18, 2015 at the Behm Family Funeral Home, 175 South Broadway in Geneva. Funeral Service will take place at the funeral home at 11:00am on Monday, January 19, 2015 with Pastor Tony Boyd of The City Church in Geneva officiating.
