Christopher Allen Meyer

Christopher "Chip" Meyer, age 43, of Austinburg, passed away Saturday, July 7, 2007, at St. Elizabeth's Medical Center in Youngstown.
Born Oct. 30, 1963, in Ashtabula to James A. and Mary L. (Boberg) Meyer, he married Annette Gramberg on June 27, 1998, in Madison.
Chris was the president of Austinburg Little League. He had a passion for music and an appreciation for its history. He loved the outdoors, especially hunting and fishing with his friends Michael "Bud" McGlynn and Dale Shook. Chris was a happy, positive, outgoing person who was loved by many.
He worked in shipping and receiving for Avery Dennison.
Survivors are his wife, Annette of Austinburg; daughter, Courtney Elizabeth; son, Timothy Scott; father, James Meyer of Kingsville; sister, Kelly (James) Paulchel of Kingsville; brother, Michael Meyer of Painesville; grandmother, Doris Boberg of Ashtabula; and brother-in-law, Eric (Michele) Gramberg of Madison.
He was preceded in death by his mother, Mary Meyer; sister, Nancy Meyer; brothers, Timothy and Scott Meyer; grandparents, Erva and Alfred Meyer; and grandfather, Roy Boberg.
Friends will be received from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. Tuesday, July 10, 2007, at the Behm Family Funeral Home and Crematory, 26 River St. (Routes 528 & 84), Madison Village. Funeral services will be held at 11 a.m. Wednesday at the funeral home. Father Stephen Wassie from St. Andrews Catholic Church in Sheffield will officiate services.
