Chloe Ann De La Rosa
May 20, 2008 ~ September 13, 2026
Resided in:
Jefferson, OH
It is with unimaginable heartbreak that we announce the sudden passing of Chloe Ann De La Rosa, age 18, of Jefferson, Ohio, on September 13, 2026.
Chloe was born on May 20, 2008, and was born and raised in Jefferson, Ohio. She graduated from Jefferson Area Jr/Sr High School and A-Tech in 2025, where she earned her certificate in Visual Design and Imaging. Chloe had big dreams for her future. Her dream was to one day move out west and own her own graphic design company, using her creativity and talent to build something that was uniquely hers.
But Chloe’s greatest gift was never something that could be written on a certificate or put on a résumé. Chloe had a love for people like no other. She was always more concerned with the happiness of others than her own. She had a heart that wanted to fix things, to make people smile, and to make those around her feel better when they were hurting. She could sense when someone needed a little extra love, and she never hesitated to give it.
Chloe loved music and used it as a way to express the feelings that sometimes couldn’t be put into words. She loved her family more than anything in this world. Her family, her boyfriend Aiden, her cats, and her friends meant everything to her. Chloe was stubborn as hell sometimes, but she also had the biggest heart. She loved deeply, fiercely, and completely. She had a laugh like no other-a laugh that was impossible not to join in with. When Chloe laughed, you laughed too.
She was only 18, with so much life still ahead of her, so many dreams left to chase, and so much love left to give. Her family will forever carry the heartbreak of the years they should have had with her, but they will also carry the countless memories, laughter, love, and pieces of Chloe that she left behind in each of them.
Chloe is preceded in death by her great-grandparents, Robert and Marilyn Rohrbaugh; Thomas (TW) & Florece Marshall; her baby cousin, Denver Marshall; and her beloved dogs, Sammy and Ventus.
She leaves behind her heartbroken parents, Heather and Jose Rivera; her siblings, Blade (Amya), Elecktra (Michael), Trinity, Justin, and Sophia; her beloved boyfriend Aiden; her cherished cats, Honey and Gracie; grandparents, Jason and Nancy Marshall; uncle and aunt, Jay and Brittany Marshall; aunt, Nicholle Nash; cousins, Kyree, Jase, Nathaniel, Nevada, Finnley, Olin, Tatum, and Austin; along with countless friends and loved ones whose lives were touched by Chloe.
Though Chloe’s time on this earth was far too short, the love she gave was anything but small. She will forever be a daughter her parents adored, the sister her siblings loved, the granddaughter and cousin who brought joy to her family, the girlfriend and friend who cared deeply, and the girl whose laugh could light up a room.
Her life may have ended far too soon, but Chloe will never stop being loved, never stop being missed, and never be forgotten.
Until we see each other again, Chloe. We love you more than words could ever say.
